STAR SINGER

With music of words by roads of dreaming,
With a song - his companion on the difficult path,
The stellar envoy and eternal seeker
Wonders looking for great happiness.

With his best friend - his faithful guitar
Which won't betray him anywhere, anytime
He's always en route, always searching for a friend,
The heavenly star leads him with its bright light.

They have exalted him as an idol already.
Crowds applaud all that he does,
With golden praise they decorated his guitar,

He stares at the crowd squinting near-sighted.
